The following process is proven to ensure you get to order exactly the branded merchandise and promotional gifts you need. We’ve created it to be not only simple, but also to cover every possible need and requirement you might have. Here’s how to find the product and spec you need…
Browse through our products and see what suits your needs, or search for something specific among over 9,000 carefully selected items. Decide which product, quantity, colour etc you want and add it to your quote request.
- Selecting the product(s) you’re interested in, choose the ‘quote me’ option and we’ll get right back to you with pricing and ordering details.

Please note: our minimum orders are R500 ex VAT for unbranded orders and R1,000 ex VAT for branded orders.
We’ll get back to you within minutes to make sure we have all the necessary info and help you with anything you’re unsure of. Then before you know it your quotation will be with you, along with confirmation of product specifics and lead-times.
Just submit your 50% deposit and you’re good to go.
You can pay by electronic funds transfer (EFT) or online with a credit card. If you prefer to pay by cheque, there is a 7-day clearing period before we authorise order processing or delivery of product. You can also pay by cash, with a handling fee of 1.75%.
Make sure your image file is in vector format and exactly what you want to appear on your chosen product. We’ll then prepare and send you a layout including everything from positioning to colours and sizing, where appropriate. please ensure you’ve given as much information for our art studio as possible and we’ll get back to you with a proof within 24 hours.
Happy with the layout and lead-time? Then sign and send us the approval document and we’ll get to work…
To make sure you get exactly what you need, no orders are processed without your explicit approval; so remember to give us the go ahead as soon as you’re ready.
