Do you guarantee satisfaction with your products?

Oh yes! We’ve put in place a simple process that makes sure the product you order, in the right quantity and with artwork applied to your specifications, gets delivered to you just as you asked.

Can you provide a sample before I order?

Yes. Just contact us and tell us which product(s) you are interested in, with the product code. We’ll advise you on pricing, branding and delivery details too.

Where are the product codes?

Product codes are shown below each product in the products section. You can reference this code in communication with us to be sure we’re helping you with the right item.

Is printing included in the product price?

Because printing requirements and prices can vary, it is generally quoted for separately from the product itself. However, where printing is included you’ll see it stated clearly alongside the product description. If you’d like to know prices and lead times on printing for a particular product, just contact us for a quotation.

I can’t find what I want on your website. Can you still supply it?

Although we stock over 9,000 products, alterations and updates to ranges and more specialised items may not be shown. Chances are we will be able to supply what you’re looking for, so get in contact and we’ll advise on how and when we can supply you.

Do you offer good prices?

We’re founded on providing top-quality at the most competitive pricing. A combination of powerful buying agreements with international suppliers, buying in quantity and sourcing from a range of suppliers means we can offer the best prices, even when global economic factors restrict our competitors from doing so.

Do you offer quantity discounts?

Yes we do. We’ll provide a range of prices based on different quantities and variables like colour, size and branding methods. Just tell us what your needs are and we’ll come up with a competitive quote to suit them.

Are prices quoted inclusive or excusive of VAT?

As most of our customers are registered for VAT we don’t include VAT in the standard pricing. Your quote will however include VAT.

Branding Specifics

What is the cost for branding?

This will vary depending on quantity of products ordered, the number of colours, the process applied and positioning of your artwork. Branding price, requirements and lead times will be advised in advanced on your quotation.

Which of your products are available with branding?

Almost all our products are available with branding, usually with a variety of options to choose from. Just decide which type of application you want and we’ll take care of the rest.

In what format do you require artwork?

Send us your artwork as a vector file. This is a format that affords greatest versatility for designers and remains high definition and scalable, making it great for logos and product branding. If you want to confirm your artwork is suitable, email it to us, tell us your requirements and we’ll get right back to you.

Why do you charge a setup fee?

Because production and branding costs can vary, depending on the purpose and requirements, we may need to include a setup fee to cover one-off tasks. These would include professional attention, making templates, setting up machine processes and preparing materials. Any setup fee will always be included in your quotation.

Placing Your Order

Is there a minimum order limit?

For branded products your order would need to be minimum of R1,000, and R500 for non-branded orders, excluding VAT (which is also the minimum for free delivery). Your order may comprise any combination of products as long as it meets the minimum value.

How do I place my order?

What method of payment do you accept?

You can pay by electronic funds transfer (EFT), with an official company purchase order, or online via credit card. If you prefer to pay by cheque, there is a 7-day clearing period before we can authorise order processing or delivery of product. You can also pay by cash, with a handling fee of 1.75%.

We have a rush order. Can you help?

Yes! With many years experience in branded merchandise we’re experts at processing and delivering rush orders right when you need them. Just get in contact  as soon as you can and we’ll get the ball rolling for you straight away.

What’s your policy on cancelling an order?

As long as your order has not yet been ordered in especially or setup work commenced, there is no cancellation fee. However, there may be a cancellation fee if the product has already been sourced for you specially or the branding process has already begun. If you think you might need to cancel an order, contact us and we’ll advise on what specific charges may apply.

What lead times can I expect on my order?

On branded products, expect a lead-time of 7 to 14 working days after you’ve paid your 50% deposit and approved your artwork. Lead-time may vary according to the product, quantity required and branding process. Your account manager will advise on precise turnaround before you place your order.


Is delivery included?

Most of the time we include delivery in the standard price, as long as the order is R1,000 or more for branded products or R500 for unbranded products. This may alter for specialist orders or when required outside of major cities in South Africa. We will let you know in advance if any special delivery charges may apply to your order.

Do you deliver outside South Africa?

Absolutely. Our networks extend to many countries around the world, as do the sources of our products. Just let us know where you require delivery and we’ll help to organise everything for you.
